1. Satisfaction Guarantee (14 Days)

Regardless of legal rights, FullFlaps offers a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee allowing customers to exchange a product if it does not meet expectations.

The item must meet the conditions listed in Section 3 and must not fall under Section 4 (items excluded from exchanges/returns).

To request an exchange, visit a FullFlaps store with the item and invoice, or submit an RMA request at www.fullflaps.pt/en/contact-us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If approved, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued. The credit note is valid for 12 months.


2. Legal Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – Online Purchases)

Consumers purchasing through www.fullflaps.pt have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from:

Customers may inspect the goods as allowed in a physical store. Excessive handling causing depreciation may result in a deduction from the refund.

3. Conditions for Acceptance

To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must:

  1. Be in original condition, without signs of use or damage.
  2. Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and security seals.
  3. Be accompanied by the invoice.

Items must be in a state suitable for resale. Products sold exclusively online must be returned through the online RMA process.
